I have always loved Ice Cream Cakes and thought they were so hard to make. When I received this book for free from BookBub.com I was pleasantly surprised that it was not at all that difficult, or that expensive. I made three cakes over the weekend and my friends and family loved them. My personal favorites are Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Cake, and the Coffee Fudge Ice Cream Cake. They are so good. I cannot wait until summer time. I know that I will be the hit of all the family gatherings. Thank you Lori Burke this book is wonderful. I already recommended this book to my friends, and family. (
